Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Karwan app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person may hold traveller and provider roles. You must be 18 or older to transact.

Roles

Travellers book tours. Organizers list tours and manage bookings. Guides and photographers offer services and can be hired. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for delivering the service as described.

Bookings and payments

Prices are shown in PKR. Payment is taken online (card via Safepay) or as cash-on-departure where enabled. Karwan holds online payments in escrow and releases them to the organizer after the trip is delivered. Karwan charges a 5% platform commission on each booking.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds follow the cancellation tier the organizer set on each tour, and the Refund Policy. Organizer-cancelled departures are refunded in full.

Conduct

Do not post unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or misleading content. Do not attempt to move transactions off-platform to avoid protections or fees. Karwan may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

Reviews

Only travellers who attended a trip (verified at check-in) may review it. Reviews must be honest and relevant.

Safety

On-trip tools (live location, SOS) assist safety but are not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, contact local authorities.

Liability

Karwan is a marketplace; tours are provided by independent organizers. To the extent permitted by law, Karwan is not liable for the acts or omissions of providers. The service is provided “as is”.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
